about me…

"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." - Carl Jung

Growing up in India, I was shaped by a culture rich in tradition — and by the quiet dissonance of feeling slightly out of step with it. That tension between belonging and individuality sparked a lifelong curiosity about identity, resilience, and the human experience.

After completing my education and beginning my career in India, I had the opportunity to travel internationally for work. These experiences broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of how people seek meaning, connection, and belonging across cultures.

For nearly two decades, I worked in the corporate world, building a successful career. But over time, I felt increasingly jaded and burnt out by the lack of genuine humanity in that environment. Despite external success, an undercurrent of existential questioning grew louder: Was this the life I truly wanted? Was this the work that mattered to me?

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." - Anaïs Nin

Eventually, I chose to listen to that inner voice. I returned to school to train as a therapist, embarking on a path that felt far more aligned with who I am at my core. Today, I combine the skills I developed in the corporate world with a deeply human-centered approach to growth, healing, and change.

With over a decade of experience, I support people navigating life’s complexities with compassion, curiosity, and a touch of quirky humor (because sometimes a little laughter can be just as healing as a deep conversation).

about our work together…

"We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to." - Brené Brown

At its core, therapy is a relationship - built on trust, curiosity, and courage. I don’t see myself as an expert who "fixes," but as a fellow traveler who holds space for exploration, self-acceptance, discomfort, transformation, and all the complexities of being human.

What I love about my work is that I have the privilege of helping you uncover the strengths, insights, and resources you already have - whether you're navigating big life changes, healing from past wounds, or simply seeking more balance and joy. Rather than rushing to solutions, I invite a slower, more compassionate unfolding: noticing, questioning, and witnessing what arises without judgment.

You don't have to be anyone other than who you are.

My style is easy-going, down-to-earth, client-centered, and deeply rooted in trauma-sensitive care. I honor you, your pace, your story, and your unique strengths.

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. I aim to meet you where you are - no judgment, no pressure. Together, we’ll create a space where your story unfolds at your pace, where every emotion has room to breathe, and where all parts of you are welcome - the hopeful, the hurt, and the parts still discovering who they want to be.

Healing is an art. It takes time, it takes practice. It takes love.” - unknown

Healing isn’t a straight line, and you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m here to offer support, tools, and maybe a few unexpected laughs along the way. My goal is simple: to create a space where you can arrive, explore, heal, and step into your fullest self — with honesty, courage, and compassion - at your own pace.

If you’re ready to explore, heal, and grow, I’d love to connect. Let’s create a supportive, space where your authentic self can emerge. Reach out today, and let’s walk this path together.
