Between the questions, the struggles, and the hopes — there is a path back to yourself. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience working with adults across all stages of life. I am currently in private practice in Charlestown, Massachusetts.

My work is client-centered, relational, and rooted in deep respect for your unique story. I work with adults who are carrying the weight of trauma, grieving losses, navigating the complexities of daily life and relationships, or finding themselves at a crossroads of culture, identity, belief, or belonging. Whatever you’re carrying, you are welcome here.

Healing isn't about fixing what's broken; it's about making space for every part of ourselves to be seen, heard, and honored. Therapy, at its heart, is a way of coming home - a slow and courageous return to who you already are. Together, we move at your pace, building trust, making meaning, and listening for what’s ready to emerge.

I don't pretend to have it all figured out. My own path has been shaped by living the questions - by stumbling, growing, and choosing again and again to begin anew. I know what it feels like to live between worlds, to feel out of step, and to eventually turn toward that discomfort rather than away from it.

If you’re feeling curious or ready to begin…

I invite you to reach out. Whether you're ready to start therapy or simply exploring, the first step is gentle and easy.

You’re welcome to call, send an email, or fill out the form on the contact page - whatever feels right for you. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your journey.

Office Assistant: Yoda

Nap enthusiast, aspiring therapy dog, occasional wise presence.

Yoda is my soulful sidekick — part dog, part Zen master (on his better days). He may occasionally pop in on us on Zoom calls, offering a curious look, silent support, an accidental bark, or some impressively loud snores.

While not officially trained, he specializes in grounding energy (meditative naps), tail wags, and reminding us - with love - that healing doesn’t always come through words. Sometimes it’s in a deep breath, a quiet presence, a patch of sunlight, or a well-timed snack.

What Therapy Means to Me

At its heart, therapy is about connection — to ourselves, to our stories, to the parts we have tucked away.
I believe healing happens when we create space for all of it: the known and the unknown, the joy and the grief. In our work together, I offer a space where all of you is welcome, and where change can unfold at your own pace.

The heart of therapy

“Healing begins where we are heard.”

Therapy is a space to be seen, not judged.
In our work together, we will meet whatever arises - with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.

I believe healing starts with relationship - a space where your whole self is welcome. My approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for your unique path. I don’t see myself as an expert who "fixes," but as a fellow traveler, holding space for exploration, growth, and self-acceptance.

Rather than rushing to solutions, I invite a slower, more compassionate unfolding: noticing, questioning, and witnessing what arises without judgment.

You don't have to be anyone other than who you are.

The Journey We Take

"Therapy - a bridge back home"

So much of life pulls us away from who we are at our core. Therapy offers a space to return - to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the truths you already carry within. Together, we honor not only your struggles but also your resilience, your dreams, and your capacity to heal.

What our work together might look like:

  • Gently exploring old patterns that no longer serve you

  • Honoring grief, uncertainty, and change with compassion

  • Reconnecting with your inner voice and deepest values

  • Building resilience and presence, even in discomfort

  • Allowing space for joy, meaning, and self-trust to emerge

What to expect

What you can expect from me

This is your journey; I’m here to walk alongside you, honoring your pace and what matters most to you.

You can count on me to be present, engaged, and in it with you.

Your story is unique, and I want to understand it - on your terms. You get to bring your full, honest self here. All parts of you are welcome. I’ll hold space for you without judgment

I’ll be real with you. Warm, grounded, human - what you see is what you get.

What I will not do

I’m not here to give you all the answers or tell you what to do. I’ll bring what I know, stay curious, and help you figure out what feels right for you.

I do not offer a magic wand - yet😊. Growth takes time and care. There are no shortcuts, but I’ll be with you for the long haul.

My role is to support your growth, not to “fix” you

I will not blur boundaries. I care deeply - within professional boundaries
